Information on all MVV routes by phone

You can find out about any route you like, along with fare information, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

This is how it works

  • Call +49 (0)89 41 42 43 44.
  • You steer the conversation by answering the questions.
  • If you select “English” as the language, the information will be provided in English instead of German.
  • Departure points and destinations can be transport stops, addresses or landmarks such as museums, tourist attractions, hospitals or official buildings.
  • You will receive information about the most appropriate route, including the fare to be paid.
  • You can make more than one enquiry during the same call.
  • We can send you all the journey information via fax or text message on request.
  • You can also speak to a customer service adviser Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm.

By the way
If you are a wheelchair user or will be travelling with a buggy or heavy luggage, you can specifically request barrier-free routes. The EFA voice-activated service distinguishes between:
  • Totally barrier-free: routes where the means of transport offer level access (i.e. no step to enter the carriage) and where stops are accessed via lifts
  • Partially barrier-free: routes with low-floor vehicles, where stops are accessed via escalators, ramps or lifts
