Buy tickets without registering
The following ticket types can be purchased directly without registration:

- Weekly tickets
These tickets are available in various apps from the network partners and allow you to get started quickly without a user account.
Tickets requiring registration
For some products, registration is still required at the relevant ticket shop:
- Monthly tickets
- Season tickets
- Multi-trip tickets
- MVVswipe
Ticket purchase and personalisation
When purchasing without registering, some of the required data is automatically retrieved from the stored payment method.
- First name and surname are stored on the ticket
- A date of birth is not recorded
The tickets are personalised and non-transferable.

Here’s how it works
You register once in your preferred app and can then enjoy the benefits of the MVV HandyTicket.
Before starting your journey, simply select the ticket you want in the app and pay conveniently by credit card, direct debit or another available payment method. The ticket is stored in your customer account and can be presented at any time – even without mobile phone reception.
When your ticket is checked, show the MVV Mobile Ticket on your smartphone together with a valid official photo ID.
