Committed to passenger satisfaction

The MVV Passenger Advisory Board

The MVV Passenger Advisory Board was established in 1997 to strengthen the ongoing dialogue between MVV and its passengers.

It is a voluntary, advisory body that represents the interests of passengers within the MVV.
The Passenger Advisory Board incorporates passengers’ requests, praise and criticism into the network’s work, thereby supporting the further development of services and quality.

As an independent interface between passengers and transport association partners, it makes an important contribution to an attractive public transport system.

Organisation of the MVV Passenger Advisory Board

The MVV Passenger Advisory Board consists of 25 members, all of whom serve in a voluntary capacity.
The selection of members is governed by binding rules set out in the constitution.

14 members are non-organised passengers and represent a cross-section of MVV customers.

A further 11 members represent organisations that campaign for local public transport issues within the MVV area; two of these have guest status.
