East Shore routes on Lake Starnberg

Travel in comfort around Lake Starnberg. Direct services between Starnberg, Berg, Icking and Wolfratshausen.

These routes offer a comfortable and environmentally friendly way to explore the eastern shore of Lake Starnberg. The bus routes connect numerous towns and villages between Starnberg, Berg and Münsing, opening up one of Upper Bavaria’s most charming leisure regions. Whether it’s a relaxing stroll along the water’s edge, a hike with stunning views or a leisurely stay in one of the traditional lakeside villages – the East Shore routes take day-trippers comfortably to the most beautiful destinations.

Along the route, idyllic stretches of lakeshore alternate with sweeping meadows, shady woods and impressive views of the Alps. Historic towns such as Berg and Münsing invite you to linger. Thanks to the good connection to the S-Bahn in Starnberg, the Osteruferlinien can be easily combined with bus and train journeys.
