RegionalBus route 493 allows you to start your day’s hiking without a car, taking you directly to the starting points of the most popular walks and mountain hikes on the Samerberg and around the Hochries.

Fares & Tickets

In accordance with the terms and conditions of carriage and fare regulations, and due to space constraints, it is unfortunately not possible to carry bicycles on board.
Free travel with the visitor’s card
With the visitor’s card from Aschau im Chiemgau, Bad Endorf, Bad Feilnbach, Bernau am Chiemsee, Brannenburg, Breitbrunn, Gstadt am Chiemsee, Kiefersfelden, Prien am Chiemsee, Rimsting and Samerberg, you can travel on route 493 free of charge. MVV tip: Within the valid area of the visitor’s card, you can use all MVV bus and train services free of charge.
