Book a journey
The FLEX line is an on-demand service in participating MVV districts. It runs according to a timetable, but only if booked in advance. If booked outside the advance booking period, the journey will not take place.

Deadlines
Advance booking and cancellation deadlines vary depending on the district. Details can be found in the respective notes.

Book
Bookings can be made via the MVV app, the MVV timetable information service or as described in the light green info box.

FLEX line in the districts

In many districts, FLEX lines already offer a targeted and flexible addition to the MVV regional bus service in areas and at times with low and/or sporadic mobility requirements.

Note for app bookers

Since July 2024, bookings for the FLEX line can only be made via the MVV app with version 6.101 (and later) .

You can find the version number in the main menu (click on the round button with the three horizontal lines) at the bottom of the page, to the right under the menu item 'Imprint'.

For app version 6.101, you need a device with at least iOS 15 or Android 10. If your device does not support a version newer than 6.83, you can still book the FLEX line on the web at mvv-auskunft.de or by telephone on 089 - 41 42 43 44.
